DELIVERY AND RETURNS INFORMATION

DELIVERY

Our shipping charges are as follows, and will be added to the total cost of your order before you check out. All parcels are sent via a tracked service:

Standard Delivery to UK mainland is £5.00 (2-3 working days)

Express Delivery is £9.00 (usually next working day but please allow 1-2 working days)

Standard Delivery to UK mainland FOR HEADBAND AND SCARF ONLY is £2.50 (2-3 working days, tracked)

Orders placed before 1pm GMT  Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm GMT on Friday will be processed the next working day.

COVID 19 information – we will continue to work to safely process and dispatch your orders. Whilst the postal service continues to operate, their services may be disrupted and busier than usual and may be delayed.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the goods. You must request a return and dispatch the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

Please go to our CREATE A RETURN tab, fill in the form, and follow the instructions  for sending.

Failure to tell us the order number may cause delays in processing your refund or make it impossible to refund your item.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. You are responsible for the cost of the return.

If you have subscribed and are eligible for a free return on your first order, we will email a pre paid post label when we receive your returns request.

Returned items must be clean, unworn, unwashed and be in their original condition with the Kit Change swing ticket still attached.

Any returns which do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer and not refunded.

For hygiene reasons our water bottles are excluded from the returns policy and cannot be returned.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the date we receive them, and will be refunded by the original payment method. The cost of postage cannot be refunded unless goods are faulty.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please see our Terms and Conditions policy for faulty goods, or email hello@kitchange.co.uk to discuss a faulty item.

Depending on the card issuer, refunds may take longer to reach your account.

At this time we do not offer an exchange service.

CREATE A RETURN

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the goods. You must request a return and dispatch the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

To create a return please submit the below form.

If you have subscribed and are eligible for a free return on your first order, we will email a pre paid post label when we receive your returns request.

Then, follow the instructions underneath for sending back your items. The full guidelines of our RETURNS POLICY are on the previous tab.

Refund Request

 

 

HOW TO SEND BACK YOUR RETURN:

  • Repack your item(s), in the mail sack in which you received your order, and reseal securely using a piece of tape. If you do not still have our mail sack, please pack securely in your own waterproof packaging to protect the goods.
  • Securely attach our address and your order number to the front of your package, ensuring the original address on the packaging is covered over. Our address can be found on the Contact page, or copy the example template below:
